Master of Public Administration Student Association (MPASA)

About MPASA

The MPA Student Association (MPASA) is a student-based, university-recognized organization for the MPA students in the traditional and the executive programs. MPASA acts as a Student Group in the facilitation of the social activities, and as a Student Advisory Committee in the Retention, Promotion, and Tenure of the MPA faculty.

According to the MPA Constitution, the purpose of MPASA is “to organize, execute, and facilitate activities and events beneficial to students in several areas including, but not limited to 1) helping students solidify and actualize their career goals through professional development, 2) supporting and aiding students in their pursuit of academic excellence, 3) administering activities which allow students the opportunity to integrate themselves socially and professionally, and 4) planning and executing service projects to help the community.

MPASA is seeking your feedback and participation. If you have ideas for future MPASA activities or would like to learn more, please contact Janell Fluckiger.
